We marinate this pork tenderloin in a port-soy-garlic-ginger sauce and echo those flavors in a glaze used during roasting.  Served with an autumn inspired apple horseradish sauce on the side.

A lightly breaded chicken breast baked in a tasty lemon and caper sauce.
