Tuscan Stuffed Chicken  $16.95
Our Tuscan trained chef created this entrée – it is outstanding! We stuff a moist chicken breast with Italian sausage and sun-dried tomatoes, roast it, and finish it with a decadent brandy cream sauce.  Long grain rice is served on the side.

Apple Glazed Salmon  $17.95
The glaze for this grilled salmon fillet is made from local apples and it is delectable!  Accompanied with apple butter on the side.
