ENTREES
All entrees include potato or rice, vegetables, and your choice of soup or salad. 

Cobble Creek Sirloin $16
Ted’s amazing marinade makes this 8-ounce sirloin steak especially tender and delicious. 

Grilled Salmon  $18
8-ounce fillet of delectable salmon (rich in Omega 3!).  Can be prepared blackened upon request. 

Tuscan Stuffed Chicken  $17
Our Tuscan trained chef created this entrée – it is outstanding!  We stuff a moist chicken breast with Italian sausage and sun-dried tomatoes, roast it, and finish it with a decadent brandy cream sauce.  

Rib Eye  $21
13-ounces of flavorful Rib Eye … enough said. 

Prime Rib  $21
Hand carved to order and slow roasted for exceptional tenderness!  14-ounces of USDA Prime rib is served with our rich au-jus and creamy horseradish. 

Wild Caught Gulf Shrimp  $15 
Your choice: Classically prepared – sautéed in butter and garlic OR lightly breaded and deep-fried. 

The Best Garden Salad  $11
Our house salad is a delightful blend of fresh, crisp greens, sweet cherry tomatoes, red onions, radishes, carrots, cucumber slices and homemade croutons.  Comes with your choice of sirloin steak, succulent chilled shrimp, grilled or blackened moist chicken or flaky salmon.  Served with fresh baguette bread.

LIGHTER SIDE
These items come with your choice potato.  Add soup or salad for $2.00 

Steak Sandwich  $11
This incredibly tender and juicy premium cut cap steak is grilled the way you desire, erved open faced on Texas Toast. 

Prime Rib Sandwich  $11
Thin slices of our delectable slow-roasted Prime rib atop a toasted ciabatta roll, rich au jus for dipping and creamy horseradish on the side. 

Fish & Chips  $8.50
We dip tasty cod in our beer batter then deep-fry it to achieve that perfect crunch – served with our hand-cut fries.  

The Burger  $7
Our hand made Angus patty is broiled to your specification. Served on a toasted bun with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and onion.  Add mild cheddar, Swiss cheese, mushrooms, or grilled onions: $.50 each.  

Grilled Chicken Sandwich  $8
Served on a toasted bun with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and onion.  Blackened seasoning added, if that is your preference.
