Mimosa or Bloody Mary

ALL ITEMS ARE SERVED WITH FRESH FRUIT COMPOTE, COTTAGE FRIES and your choice of BREAKFAST BREAD.

Breakfast Burrito   $10
We wrap a large flour tortilla around egg, chorizo sausage, beans, and cheese then top it with our house green chili.  This is one of our most popular brunch items!

Huevos Rancheros  $10
Two eggs cooked to your specification topped with our house red chili, green onions, mushrooms, and cheese all served on corn tortillas.  Muy bueno!
 
Eggs Benedict  $10
A toasted English muffin topped with two poached eggs, smoky Canadian bacon and creamy Hollandaise sauce.  This is Ted’s favorite!

Eggs Benedict Arnold   $11
We layer two poached eggs, a perfectly grilled salmon fillet and a crunchy toasted English muffin then add just the right amount of creamy Hollandaise sauce.

Steak and Eggs  $12
We’ll cook ‘em the way you like it!

Omelet of the Day $9
We just came up with it this morning!

Quiche of the Day   $10
This quiche is freshly baked and fabulous!
