Filet Oscar  $28
Our Certified Angus 8-ounce beef filet is topped with lump crabmeat, sprigs of fresh asparagus, and rich béarnaise sauce!

Stuffed Salmon  $25
We start with an 8-ounce salmon fillet and stuff it with lump crabmeat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, a touch of dill and seasoning then bake it.  Outrageously good!

BBQ Brisket Sandwich  $9
This seasoned beef brisket is simmered in our homemade BBQ sauce and placed on a toasted ciabatta roll.

Berried Chicken Caesar Salad  $10
Raspberries, blueberries and strawberries add fresh and unexpected flavor when paired with grilled chicken on a traditional Caesar salad.

BBQ Ribs
These pork ribs are slow roasted for hours with our BBQ sauce then finished on the grill to achieve unmatched flavor.  Half-rack $19, Full-rack $23. 

Pan-Fried Scallops  $22
These jumbo plump sea scallops are lightly seasoned then quickly pan-fried in just the right amount of butter and garlic. Mmmm!

Nacho cheese and diced medium heat peppers top our fabulous Certified Angus Beef burger. ¡Híjole!

Club Wrap  $9
This triple delight includes turkey, ham, bacon, ranch dressing, greens, and tomato all rolled up in a flavored tortilla.

Surf & Turf  $21
Super flavorful 10-ounce flat iron steak is lightly seasoned and grilled plus 2 jumbo shrimp prepared either sautéed or fried. 

Turkey Cordon Bleu  $16
Parlez vous Francais?  You might after tasting this!  Fresh turkey breast stuffed with prosciutto and sharp white cheddar lightly breaded and fried, drizzled with béarnaise sauce. Cranberry relish is served on the side.

Crab Salad Croissant  $10
We use lump crabmeat, mayo, crunchy diced celery and a pinch of seasoning to make a delicious filling for this flaky, buttery croissant!

Chicken Parmesan Sandwich  $10
This moist chicken breast is dipped in melted butter, rolled in parmesan cheese and lightly pan-fried.  Served with tomato, onion and lettuce.

Bourbon Brown Sugar New York  $22 
You have to try this thick, tender, juicy steak!  Marinated for 24 hours brings subtle hints of sweet brown sugar and earthy spiced bourbon. It will send your taste buds over the top.

Chicken, Italian sausage, mushrooms, spinach and a blend of cheeses, hand rolled in sheets of pasta and baked with a tomato-butter sauce!  Served with a tossed salad and garlic toast.
